All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and limited availability, refunds are not offered under any circumstances — including if you secure a job or change your mind after payment. When you purchase a service, we immediately reserve time, resources, and availability for your project. Administrative work, review, and preparation begin behind the scenes right away. Even if you have not yet submitted your materials, your spot has been secured, and other clients have been turned away to honor your timeline. For this reason, cancellations create gaps we cannot refill. However, you are welcome to transfer or gift your purchased service to someone else if needed — simply contact us to arrange the change.
For Reviews: We aim to return your documents within 5 business days after payment and receipt of all required materials.
For Edits: The current turnaround time is approximately 5–7 business days after both payment and receipt of all necessary documents.
If you purchased the Edit Bundle, your profile review will be delivered together with your updated resume and cover letter.
Estimated turnaround times (ETAs) are provided based on our current workload at the time of purchase. ETAs are dependent on the timely submission of all required documents and information. If materials are delayed, your delivery date may be pushed back by up to two weeks. We cannot guarantee the original ETA if documents are not submitted promptly. In such cases, your project will be rescheduled based on availability at the time your materials are received. For Review services: Please submit final, completed documents. Revisions or replacement files cannot be accepted once your initial materials are submitted. Our review process begins shortly after receipt, and we allocate time and resources based on your original submission. Changes after submission disrupt the workflow and cannot be accommodated. Thank you for helping us maintain an efficient and high-quality service experience.
By placing your order, you agree to the estimated turnaround time (ETA) provided. While we strive to meet all deadlines, quality is our priority, and occasional delays may happen. If we anticipate a delay, we’ll contact you in advance. Once delivery is made, please check all email folders (Spam, Promotions, Shopping) before reaching out. If you’re unable to locate your completed service, contact us and we’ll gladly resend it.
We are unable to reschedule calls within 24 hours of the appointment. If you need to make any changes, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
Please note that reviews and edits are not conducted through live or collaborative sessions (e.g., no phone or video calls). Once your completed review or edited resume/cover letter is returned, the process is considered complete. Our editing service provides a final product based on our expertise and professional judgment of what will make your resume most effective. We do not offer multiple drafts or revisions.
